THE SCRIPTURES ~ I believe the Holy Scriptures as given by God are inerrant, divinely inspired, infallible, entirely trustworthy, and constitute the only supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
THE GODHEAD ~ I believe that there is only one true God, eternally existing in three Persons - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
CREATION ~ I believe in direct and instant creation that was completed in six literal, twenty-four-hour days. I reject any theory of evolution.
THE FALLEN STATE OF MAN ~ I believe that every human being lives in a state of separation from God and can do nothing to save himself from this state. This is the result of Adam and Eve's disobedience to God following creation and is inherited by all. I believe in a literal devil who was the agent in the fall of man, that he is presently the prince of this world, and that he will be judged and shall be eternally punished.
THE PERSON AND WORK OF JESUS CHRIST ~ I believe that the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God, became man,without ceasing to be God, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of a virgin that He might reveal God and redeem sinful man. This redemption was accomplished through His death on the cross, and was made sure to us by His literal, physical resurrection from the dead. He ascended into heaven, and is now at the right hand of God the Father.
THE PERSON AND WORK OF THE HOLY SPIRIT ~ I believe that the Holy Spirit is a person and the supernatural agent in regeneration and sanctification, indwelling every believer and sealing him unto the day of redemption.
THE WAY OF SALVATION ~ I believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to sinful man by grace and received solely by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. All who believe in Him are justified on the basis of His atoning work on the cross and His shed blood. I reject all beliefs which are inconsistent with God's Word regarding this work. I believe that all who receive the Lord Jesus Christ by faith alone are born again by the Holy Spirit and are the children of God.
THE CHURCH ~ I believe that all who are born again by the Holy Spirit make up the body of Christ. The local assembly exists for the purpose of worship, edification, and obedience to the Great Commission.
BIBLICAL SEPARATION ~ I believe all those who are born again by the Holy Spirit should honor the Lord by a life of separation from the world's philosophies and practices.This separation should affect the believer morally, personally, and ecclesiastically. I stand in oppostition to any movement that is contrary to doctrine as given in the whole counsel of God.
THE RETURN OF CHRIST ~ I believe that Christ will return to gather the believers at the time appointed by the Father in the last days. I believe in a premillenial, pre-tribulational rapture, at which time the church will meet Him in the air. I believe in a literal seven-year period of tribulation upon this earth. This time will be followed by the physical return of the Lord Jesus Christ to the earth to introduce a literal millenial reign.
OUR ETERNAL STATE ~ I believe in the bodily resurrection of all men - the saved to eternal life, and the unsaved to judgment and everlasting punishment. I believe in a literal heaven and a literal hell.
